Our Story
Welcome To India Cafe
Ceramic engineer by trade, Shah found himself in an unanticipated situation when he migrated to USA. There is not much ceramic industry in Michigan, so he transitioned his career to cooking, since that was one of his passions. With his vast knowledge of chemistry, produce and spices, he is able to create most delicious and healthy dishes.
As a chef, Shah is constantly seeking fresh and innovative ways to enhance the dining experience, with new recipes, modern trends, cutting edge techniques and regional specialties. He has a deep appreciation of creating apposite combinations of ingredients with a thorough understanding of adapting foods to tastes, diets and cultures.
